Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich brought his three ring circus to ABC’s Good Morning America today.

He says that the Illinois impeachment proceedings are “unconstitutional”?  He says he considered Oprah Winfrey for President Obama’s vacant U.S. Senate seat?

This is truly fascinating stuff.
